Responsible for generating revenue in assigned accounts by securing sales of add-on products deemed as strategic products and by creating and managing strategies to improve end user adoption and bill pay penetration. Developed expansion of operational review meeting program to serve a larger customer base.

Primary technical position responsible for the proper operation, maintenance and support of SIS’ information services back-office equipment and systems. Works heavily with approved vendors to ensure the processing equipment is in daily working conditions. Responsible for all PC’s, Servers and related equipment service and support activities. Oversaw and support systems related to Electronic Banking including: ATM’s, Debit Card Instant Issue machines, the banks website, intranet, etc. During tenure at SIS Bank, participated in 2 core system conversions, migrated email system to new Microsoft Exchange instance, developed change control procedures, and implemented helpdesk ticket program. 

Electronic Banking Manager, AVP 

Partners Bank (formerly SIS Bank), Sanford, ME | December 2003 to April 2014

Manage all electronic banking services including debit card program, online banking, business online banking, remote deposit, mobile banking and ACH origination. Implemented an eBranch and a suite of electronic banking products that made SIS a premier bank for electronic banking services. Participated as a key role in two core system conversions. Developed the company intranet for employees to access forms, tools and documentation.
